About the Event
Italy is synonymous with good food. Yet Italian cuisine is often considered little more than pizza and pasta. However, there are many more wonderfull types of dishes that exist. You should know that each region has its own distinct cuisine. This boot-shaped country is comprised of 20 regions, each one producing its own culinary treasures.
So, if you are interested in discovering more about delicious Italian food, here is our demonstrations to the best local dishes in 6 regions of the country.
For this event we are going to make:
- Pappardelle (fatti in casa) al sugo di Cinghiale - Pappardelle (homemade) with Wild Boar Souce
- Zuppa di Cipolle (Carabaccia Toscana) - Tuscan Onion Soup
